@NTenzer @donaldtusk @kajakallas Donald Tusk is the prime minister of Poland and Kaja Kallas is the prime minister of Estonia --two countries once dominated by the Soviet Union and are threatened by potential Russian expansionism today. So they truly understand the threat that Russia presents as well as anyone.

A setback for French president Emmanuel Macron, whose centrist alliance is projected to lose his majority in the National Assembly in the French legislative election. Big gains for the far left and far right, making it more difficult for Macron to pass his agenda.

@ElectsWorld Of course, the next French elections aren't until 2027 and a lot can happen in four years to change this. Nevertheless, it's still disturbing that the two frontrunners are far right and far left.

With the center-right National Coalition Party winning Finland's parliamentary election, I just hope they don't try to form a governing coalition with the far-right Finns party. A coalition with the Social Democrats would be far preferable to a coalition with the far right.
