My grandparents were 15 years apart. My wife and I are 9 years apart. Where do you draw the line? Moving the goalpost does nothing but create another goalpost… See what I’m saying? So the age gap would have to be adjusted based on age? For the younger and the older? Where does it start and end… it’s the a line I the sand my friend. I agree it’s subjective. The problem is who’s perspective is behind the gavel.

I have personal understanding for that statement. Being declared an adult at 18 and dating someone 17 makes you liable for statutory rape, and seen as a sexual predator. Been there myself after graduating HS. Age and legal status is a hard to define, a relay gray area. The problem is there is no way to make it right… Age window? But when does it start and stop? What is the window? That’s another reason bureaucracy is a fickle annoying bitch.

Agreeing to disagree is a virtue. I applaud you fellow citizen, and thank you. In my view. Public display of sex as a widely available consumer goods is the problem (especially to minors). As you said, she should be able to do her thing on her own time. I think as a state employee, tax payer funded career, this could be an issue.

Yes, possibly. But I was commenting specifically the comm. note. Also, when doing the math, there is 4,600 WalMart locations in the US. That’s an avg profit of 4.6M/location. Theres lots of small towns with WalMart, like where I grew up, and in remote locations it’s a benefit. Though, corporate greed IS a PROBLEM
