AUS Cassowaries vs Wombats in Brissie 4x1 men's relays tomorrow. Then Redbacks vs Funnel Webs. Instead of these random names, why not something like Team Hogan vs Team Norman? And for women Team Jackson vs Team Cuthbert. Make them meaningful - perhaps even educational.

Aleks Stoilova has been in PB form at Clemson over the past few days. A couple of 7.28s for the 60m and yesterday a 200m in 23.10 which is faster than her outdoor best.

@tsv3y3 Hopefully doing 800s under Mottram but keeping 400s seriously as a relay option. Though she didn't run a good leg last year.

Great PB running by Lakara Stallan. Can't remember the last time an Aussie female went sub-23 twice in the same day.

A mixed relay of Beer, Oboya, Holder & Sherman could probably solve 🇦🇺 recent relay qualifying hassles. Perhaps running against Connolly, Pollard, Donaldson, van Ratingen & some squad with an overseas runner.
