@LuisAlarconMar1 Thank you! We'd better have a mouse for labeling EC/PC/Blood (3 colors) simultaneously and image, Extremely challenging exp. Some pericytes remain at retention stage for very long(shown in 3G. So wierd for us). Your recent work gave us a good answer. Congrats!

@SorenGrubb We observed the string structures in our work were possibly from individual pericyte in some cases (although this is not our major focus in this work. You could see it in Supplementary figure 6). But more evidence is required.

Together with Dr. Nanxiang Xiong's team and other collaborators, we developed a method, called CARVE, to characterize the metabolites consumed and produced by gliomas in vivo by comparing the arterial supply and venous drainage.

The first publication from Zhao's lab was just online. We developed the PEGASOS tissue clearing method which is able to render nearly all types of tissue transparent.
