Update - It took 3 people and 90 minutes to resolve my issue. @Delta pissed away a lot of time, money and reputation. Corporate inefficiencies are costly and seldom get fixed. No one who can fix this will ever know I will never pick @Delta as a choice airline because of this.

@Delta @Delta Imagine if you are in line to buy a carton of milk and they increase the price because their supply went from 10 cartons to 9 cartons because you took one off of the shelf.

@Delta really? I just bought a flight with upgradable seats. I went to use points. The system kicked me out. I tried again and you've doubled the points I need after doing hours of research for vacation flights. I can NEVER trust you. You've done this to me before. #ripoff
