@biilym @implausibleblog You see lots of Chevrolets in Brazil too, but they're different models manufactured locally to the local taste. Same as Ford Europe does (mainly). And Stellantis makes stuff to nobody's taste 😀

@DavidDchips @implausibleblog I've lived in the US 25 years and you can eat well, and shockingly poorly, in both the UK and US. Not a fan of stereotyping. I much prefer US corn-finished beef and where do think your baked bean ingredients come from?!

@Nigella_Lawson BTW, the so-called Pennsylvania Dutch actually originally being Germans is just a mangling of the word Deutsch. I can go out to rural Pennsylvania and still hear people talking German amongst themselves.

@mastropotato The first car I owned that was exclusively mine! An F-reg 10E - all 954cc of fury. It would cut out if it rained too hard (somehow especially if it was dark and cold too). The metal in a Tunnock's tea cake wrapper is thicker than AX bodywork.
