My passport is currently under the foot rest which is nailed down… the crew can’t get to it so they are hoping it will fly out when we take off! Otherwise it’ll likely be a long wait for an engineer on landing…. 🤦🏻♀️

Tipping culture is way out of control in New York and it’s really starting to bother me. Yesterday I had an average massage and facial in a local salon totalling $210. I paid cash and gave $40 tip. She looked at me and said is that all? I was so embarrassed that I gave her $50.

This is my first proper “holiday” since 2019. All my holiday allowance in the past few years has been used visiting my family or tagging a day onto a weekend to do a staycation in Hong Kong or the recent long weekend in Miami. I’m really, really, looking forward to the break. 💆🏻♀️
