So I just left the Walgreens in Falmouth Maine. 11 people in line with 10 of them holding two boxes of Covid tests each and one holding 2 gallons of vodka.

I’m driving north on 95 passing small caravans of power company trucks heading south. These guys from out of state came to Maine and gave up part of their Christmas holiday if not all of Christmas holiday to get our power back on. I know I really appreciate it. Thank you!

One week ago The Porthole, J’s, Luke's and Dimillos. sold enough lobster dinners for
$24,250 in donations available to Lewiston. The lobsters were donated by lobstermen and lobster dealers, and prepared, plated and sold by the restaurants. 100% donated! Thank you all!

State of Maine just came through the worst coastal flooding in its recorded history. Yes this was devastating. Many coastal homes and properties destroyed, commercial fishing infrastructure is gone in many communities, but so far as I know, there was not 1 death from this event.

Day 11 in burn unit. We get to see the arms tomorrow but my face seems to have healed nicely. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here at Maine Med. They work miracles everyday. I can’t wait to get back on the water. It won’t be right away but it will be soon.

So yesterday Atlantic Sea Farms brought the crew from CBS Sunday Morning aboard to talk about kelp. We had a good time checking the kelp lines. The skinny kelp tastes great by the way. We were eating it straight off the line.
