Tumblin’ into the Weekend: Move over lava lamps! Our NCMA has tumble tanks filled with algae for your viewing delight. This agile macroalgae is Gracilaria Tikvahiae, a red seaweed which used to make agar and carrageenan, but is also edible in its own right!
