this happens to me iโll be fasting/omad for days or weeks then i binge for a few days then i go back to honeymoon, fast/omad and it repeats. iโm losing but itโs like for every 5 pounds i lose i gain 3 back metaphorically

bit also look at how much she has lost in the before and after? also exercise doesnโt have to be โhardโ to be effective. some people prefer lower strain and higher reps vs higher strain and lower reps. itโs just about preference and experience.
