@SEATofficial Owner of SEAT MO SCOOTER for 2 years👎👎 Broke down twice in 18 month😤 lost 6 month of waranty, garage 200+ miles aways, No parts or engineer! SERIOUSLY!!! your Vehicle is not UK weatherproof🤣 Waranty is a Joke & aftercare service ineficient if not inexistant.

After 6 month awaiting, SEAT MO scooter under @SEATofficial garage , Now Told that repairs (caused by “External Sources”) not under warranty. Scooter was manufactured in Spain “External Sources” means English rain! Any future repairs, will I have to send it to Stockport!!

@SEATofficial you have false publicity on your website. You say great aftercare on this product. Rubbish I have been sold a product that is not fit for purpose. All vehicles in the UK have to suffer the English weather but don’t break down after 17th months . People beware

@SEATofficial Seat Mo , Only one facilities to repair under warranty in Stockport UK, 250miles away! I bought the SEAT MO in South London! How can I get there with 50 Miles range! Aftersale customer service is a joke @SEATofficial

@SEATofficial You asked me to send you all details of SEAT MO scooter problem via email which I did. One week later and not even a reply to acknowledge receipt of my email. I need this scooter back on the road. SEAT your after sale customer service is very poor....

@janehenley @SEATofficial Had to have towed for repair twice already! How do they expect me to get it back home? 250miles away when I can hardly reach north London and back with a full battery charge! @SEAT service :Reel joke!
