Omnipotence is a paradox. If God is all powerful, he must also have the power to be completely powerless-otherwise he is not all-powerful. We often assume that God is all powerful without clearly defining what that would even mean. If you have the ability to create anything without the ability to also limit your own creative power, you are not all-powerful. Self limitation is a part of truly being all-powerful.

It depends what the competition is. Someone high in agreeableness will win in competitions where maintaining social unity is important. Someone low in openness will likely do better in competitions where doing repetitive tasks is important. Someone low in conscientiousness will do better in competitions where you have to deal with lots of unstructured and chaotic environments and/or disruptions. Every personality thrives in the right competition.
