We got 100M prizepool in 2019, we are almost 7 months in 2020 and we are at between 6-8M prizepool so far. Fortnite obviously want to minimize the money they have to put in while still retaining their player base. I have a feeling prizepool will keep going down and its scary.

There is a reason womens football gets paid less; they have less spectators, less professional players, the quality of play is also way worse. I don't know why fortnite is giving shit players same money as the best players. They get less recognition, less viewership.

All controller players will hate me for this but realistically you should be insanely grateful you have a chance to compete, if fortnite would be an actual competititive game like CSGO or Valorant you would have 0% aim assist. A game will never be balanced or comp with aimbot.

Its crazy how so many players grind mechanics / fighting 1000x more than vods, gamesense etc. Ask yourself, if you become the best IGL possible, best gamesense, could wou win grands with your current mechanics/aim? Unless you wiff every shot and cant build a single box, yes.

Gaming as a job is so hard. You have to play 10+ hours every single day, adapt to changes fast, make a ton of sacrifices. Pros in "real" sports atleast have a ton of time outside of it because your body can't handle training so many hours each day.

Console should never get the same prizepool as PC. They should be able to buy a PC off of the money they make and then switch to PC. Right now console players stay on console for the bag and some PC pros switch to console. That is horrible incentive and so fking uncompetitive.
