if psychologists REALLY want to use weight as a diagnostic tool for EDs then it would make more sense to use “rapid + significant weight loss” or something for ana instead of already being underweight. because even a morbidly obese person can die of malnutrition while still fat

@finnotine ty!! and dw i usually eat about 1000-1300cals daily even during restriction cycles, it’s a considerable deficit (esp since i’m overweight) but much more sustainable with things like work and perhaps having a little treat :)
