We didn't develop vaccines so that we wouldn't have to wear masks in public indoor spaces. We developed vaccines to prevent hospitalizations, ICU intubation, long covid, and deaths.

Cancelled my dental appt this morning. I walked in and discovered they aren't requiring patients to wear a mask in waiting room. They gave the bs excuse that mandate was over but they have had this policy of requiring patients wearing a mask since the beginning of the pandemic.

Received a surprise walking into church today. Most people were wearing masks. Previously my husband and I were the lone maskers. They announced that several congregational members had come down with covid and they recommend masks for everyone's safety. It's good to have info.
