The Falkirk Town Hall. Instead of renovating, Falkirk Council has closed it and it’s going to be demolished, leaving the town with no large scale performance venue or arts centre. There are no plans for a replacement. As a Falkirk Bairn, I am so angry about this.

My home town of Falkirk, with a thriving artistic community, has lost its only large scale performing space and arts venue. Falkirk Town Hall has closed and is set to be demolished without a replacement being built. The local council should be ashamed.
