@Carm5012 Businesses can make claims that foods are free from specific allergens, however this requires strict controls of ingredients, how they are handled and how they are prepared.

@Carm5012 Some, but not all nuts are included, namely almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, Brazil nut, pistachio nut and Macadamia nut (Queensland nut). Shea nut is not included in this list.
