I found this super delicious low cal puddings and I was eating one for breakfast, my mom took the container out of the trash and proceeded to read the no sugar, no fat label to my dad and I. Then they made me have 1 ½ toast, this is so humiliating, why would she do this.

Recovery is meant to be a wonderful healing process, forced recovery on the other hand is just suffering. My dad made me eat a toast AFTER having yogurt and i couldn't even finish it. I hate forced recovery so much
