@JeepCares I’ve spoken via dm but you guys want me to defer to my case manager, Sheila, who is always busy or in a meeting. I’ve been w/o my car for 2 wks now & have no loaner or anything. If you reviewed our history with Jeep we’ve been so loyal, but this time I don’t feel like you care.
