In Utah, the definition of an "election return" includes any unprocessed ballots, all counted ballots, all excess ballots, all unused ballots, and all spoiled ballots. When the lieutenant governor put Spencer Cox and her name on a primary ballot, she created a counterfeit ballot because Spencer had been disqualified as a candidate a at the Utah Republican Party Nominating Convention. Spencer Cox declared as a candidate seeking nomination of the @UtahGOP and he did not win the nomination. The party nomination was awarded to @phil_lyman when he received the most votes 67.54% at the nominating convention. These rules were clearly written in the Utah Republican Party 2024 Convention Rules as pictured. @MayorStaggs also earned the party's nomination, earning 69.74%. @CurtisUT is not the Utah Senator elect. He is a fraud. @realDonaldTrump endorsed Trent Staggs. Staggs won the nomination. @GovCox, @DeidreHenderson , and John Curtis felt entitled for a "second chance" to receive the nomination, so they created a fake ballot and mailed it to the voters. They devised a scheme to defraud voters and manipulate the electoral process in Utah by distributing counterfeit ballots. @RNCResearch you need to do some research into #Utah. @LaraLeaTrump the Utah GOP needs some supervisory authority.
