Body position is key for maxing jump height. Take a looks at @spidadmitchell Including exercises that mimic those positions are a great way to learn. You want to break apart the entire movement into learnable chunks. Add the isometric approach squat to your routine!

๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ @iamkeonjohnson demonstrating the approach arc! This is the quickest, easiest add to your jump technique. It's done universally. All great jumpers in both the 1 foot and 2 foot jumps. Be sure to adopt this for all your jumps!
