Today is our last day with our chief residents before they graduate and head onto fellowships. What an incredible journey it has been! We could not be more proud of the surgeons they have become, and we wish them nothing but the best in their future careers! #HoosUVASurgery

I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this panel on the management of inguinal hernias in premature infants and our practice changing recommendations to delay repair until 55 wks corrected gestational age! #APSA24 #pedsurgbestsurg
Finally re-surfacing after #APSA2024 and had time to filter through all the amazing photos! Shoutout to future BCH peds surg fellow and @UVASurgery superstar @fleming_ii who was on a riveting panel discussing the crucial topic of inguinal hernia management for premature infants!
