@CDFarming @ag_recruiter @bencm305 The supermarket and supply chain support of recent protests is interesting in that they seem to hope farmers will carry on as before, but the reality is the tables need to be turned delivering more value back to farm before it is too late for many.

However is reaches further than the supermarkets, many of the UK population have been failed through education about diets and health. It’s too easy to dismiss it as too difficult to fix, change has to start somewhere and involves every link in the chain.

@Andy_sMyName @Tesco @RachelReevesMP @UKLabour @WestropeFarming Every farmer I know is more than happy to pay tax, but until the broken food system in the UK is reformed to allow sensible returns back to the primary producer there simply isn’t enough cash in most farming business to do so.
