@MikeyInglis @Vitality_UK @AmexUK Amex had no idea what I was talking about either. I had to send them a link explaining how the vitality booster works, then I was directed to vitality. It feels like vitality haven't told amex what the rate should have been. Pretty amateurish for 2 financial services companies.

@GAMEHelps failed to deliver, extremely slow customer response times (8 days to reply) and now expected to wait a further 2 weeks before issuing a refund.
