Thrilled to see these results in @JAMANetworkOpen (& as featured article of the week)! In 690 women with #eatingdisorders from 27 US colleges, we found that our coached, digital CBT program was superior to referral to usual care in reducing ED psychopathology through 2 years

NIMH gets $2B+ each yr to conduct research on mental illness. Until 20 yrs ago, funds were split 50/50 b/t basic & clinical research. Now, <10% goes to clinical research! Pls contact your reps & senators. We MUST do better to help those suffering now
