@neipate96 @phl43 Ive actually become more pro EU over the period primarily for geopolitical reasons. But i voted against pretty much every European treaty put to us.

My new schtick is starting a tweet 'probably an unpopular opinion' then following it with a milquetoast borderline inane take that absolutely no one could take umbrage at.

The Irish populists will not get support if theyre too associated with the underclass. Ive made this case repetitively but been accused of ‘classism’(give over)but it is sensible advice.

You can see this in how they latch onto multiple different cultural concerns, trans issues is the most obvious example. But the nature of consistent cultural churn would have a space for them.
