Australia baru aja meloloskan regulasi yg memberikan pekerja hak utk tidak dikontak (“right to disconnect”) terkait urusan pekerjaan di luar jam kerja, dan melindungi pekerja dari sanksi kalau tidak merespon kontak dari atasan di luar jam kerja 👍
Kami menyadari betapa pentingnya keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi. Setiap pekerja berhak atas waktu istirahat dan privasi di luar jam kerja, tanpa diganggu oleh urusan pekerjaan.

Even as a feminist who supports political affirmative action, I disagree. Women have the right to run for any political office and we should all support that right, but in the end, we should also vote for whomever we believe in based on their track records, values, etc.
