One of the most critical pieces of legislation - raising the minimum wage to $15/hour. Credit to @iamDontavius for continuing to sponsor this legislation. If you work a solid 40, you should be able to live comfortably in Ohio. Period.

All of them seem like good people. But we need @PeteButtigieg in DC. He is the best messenger in the entire party. Has been since 2019. And as a party looking for a message and a messenger rn, we truly need him.

The White House Office of Management and Budget has ordered a “Temporary Pause” in all Federal Financial Assistance Programs, including Grants, Loans, and other Funding, beginning tomorrow at 5:00PM EST. The Pause has been ordered to allow Federal Agencies and Department to ensure the removal of Program, Projects, and Activities that aline with recent Executive Orders signed by President Donald J. Trump, which is said to include “Marxist Equity, Transgenderism, and Green New Deal Social Engineering Policies.”

Romania had sent a collection of Dacian gold and silver treasures made between 2000 BC and 300 BC, including the famous Golden Helmet of Coțofeneșt to a museum in Assen for temporary exhibition The exhibition included over 600 exhibits from 15 Romanian museums. Burglers broke in last night and stole many of the item. Museums in Central and Eastern Europe are growing increasingly weary of sending their most precious items to Western Europe as there are too many criminal gangs and not enough security.

Very sad news about Hamilton County Auditor Brigid Kelly. She is resigning as she enters hospice care following a cancer diagnosis two years ago. She has recommended state Rep. Jessica Miranda, who serves in House Dems leadership, as her replacement.
