Samsung did help me to solve this btw. It is part of the S Pen menu, in settings, for anyone else that's been trying to kill this auto options bar, and reinstate the auto keyboard launch. Thanks!
Hey @SamsungUK @samsung #Samsung #Tablet users. How in the name of all that's holy, do you kill this damned option bar that pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to type anything? I've been trying for weeks, relentlessly searching the device and the Internet for a solution. I need the keyboard to autolaunch (as it used to do) when I tap a space to type. I don't want this bar that adds 3 more clicks to the process every time I want to type something. #Help!!!!

Don't waste your time with their complaints process. I didn't post here today to get a reaction from Scottish Power, I posted to warn others to not fall for their distractions. If they mess you about, no matter what they say about not going to he ombudsman, go to the ombudsman. I fell for their nonsense. You don't have to.

@gryffenstrong @ScottishPower Yeh they constantly stopped me contacting the ombudsman. I'm so worn out by it all, I haven't got on it. I should have contacted them as soon as it started going south.
