Cosplay tip:
Got a thing you need to grip your skin without sliding around?
Try ironing a No-Sew HeatnBond Ultrabond strip on the back! This leg band didn't budge for the entire photoshoot.
Iron the paper back for 8 seconds instead of 2, let cool & peel it off.

I've seen people talking about needing to educate on what's appropriate to enter in craftsmanship, but honestly the kind of people who cheat KNOW it's wrong, they just don't care. Most newbs I encounter are very liberal with detailed questions on what's allowed, which is good!
