@SWAGaming4789 @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson Did you even read the lawsuit or the Judge's order and his reason for issuing the TRO?

@SWAGaming4789 @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson Here's the thing, I believe in the Constitution, which clearly gives the judge the authority to do what he did. Doesn't mean I have to like it, but we are a nation of laws ... and those laws apply to all of us.

I really don't have the time nor the desire for your ramblings. You don't know Constitutional Law, which is painfully obvious. This is not a partisan issue. You don't have to like what the judge is doing, but it is fully within his judicial duties. The case was filed, an ex parte motion filed, he ruled on the motion and a hearing is scheduled. Period, end of story.

@SWAGaming4789 @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson There was an ex parte hearing, a full hearing is scheduled for February 14th. You are reacting based on emotion and don't understand the law. The judge was within his judicial rights to issue the TRO

@RET_423 @SobonBet @JanisK1953 @ChuckCallesto The judge is doing his job, even if you don't like it. BTW, issuing a TRO doesn't make him a terrorist. Maybe learn the definition of "terrorist"

@SWAGaming4789 @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson The lawsuit gave the judge subject matter jurisdiction. The hearing on February 14th is to hear arguments. You don't have to like it, but the judge did his job.

@SWAGaming4789 @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson That is the point of the lawsuit that was filed, to determine if he is within his constitutional authority or if he broke any laws as has been alleged. You want to know what the attorney generals are arguing then go read the 80 page filing.

Let me make this as clear as I can. 19 attorney generals filed a lawsuit against Trump and the Secretary of the Treasury. The also filed an ex parte motion requesting a TRO. The lawsuit gave the judge subject matter jurisdiction over the lawsuit, he issued a TRO and a hearing is schedule for February 14th. All within the judge's jurisdiction.

@SWAGaming4789 @CCriticalRBLX @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson First of all, I'm not a leftist ... I'm a Republican and voters for Trump. I just happen to know and understand the law. Kind of happens when you go to law school. I didn't need to Google anything. This is basic ConLaw I

@SWAGaming4789 @petitlorry @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson No, I fully understand. A lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court, and an ex parte motion filed requesting a TRO ... which gave the judge subject matter jurisdiction. He ordered a TRO and scheduled a hearing on February 14 - all within his jurisdiction to do.

@W3TSU1T @JohnBasham @POTUS Well that's why he's a judge and you aren't. He understands the law. A lawsuit was filed, he issued a TRO and scheduled a hearing for February 14th.

@Chatanika_Pete @SwebWulf53543 @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson How is it a breach of separation of powers when the lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court? If he had issued a TRO without a case being filed, then he would have over stepped his authority, but that is not what happened.

@SwebWulf53543 @Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson Go read Article III, which gives the judge jurisdiction and thus authority over any case brought in U.S. District Court, such as this case.
