@MartinSLewis - contacted Santander about DCA using your website template, asking for help finding agreement details. They responded saying can't find and asking for same details again by email. I shared these details in September and still no reply. Is this normal? Any recourse?

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @Jeremy_Hunt Could you ask why the cutoff for eligible working families to access childcare provisions (e.g. Free 15 hours, tax free childcare savings) continues to be based on either of the parents reaching an earnings threshold instead of the combined earnings of both parents. Unfair as is.

@SouvikduttaQa @OKMobilityCorp I've also been doing the back-and-forth with @OKMobilityCorp on Twitter for months after they abandoned me, my wife and baby on the side of a rural road at night. They will respond asking to contact them by DM but then it goes nowhere. Won't use them again. Good Luck.
