@tazwake @DFS_JasonJ This exactly, understanding the file structures, being able to carve a file out using hex etc. This is the gap between IR and DF. IR is a lot more tool focused and fast. DF requires more in depth knowledge of a system or application or hardware. IMHO.

@cyb3rops The hourly rate should cover the cost of tooling, unless its an additional for a specific customer. No one charges the customer specifically for using xway. Its an investment in tooling for the practice and the hourly rates should take all that into consideration.
