@BigEasyConserv @TheSadvocate Deterrence alone isn’t a real fix without a functioning legal system. Biden reversed policies for humanitarian, legal, and pandemic-related reasons—not blind generosity. Congress must act for lasting change. Your bad-faith strawmen won’t solve anything or secure the border.

@BigEasyConserv @TheSadvocate A dishonest misrepresentation of my position. I never denied border surges—only pointed out that migration is driven by complex factors, not just POTUS’ policies. And no one said every migrant is a saint. If you have to distort my words to argue, you’ve already lost the debate.

@TheSadvocate @BigEasyConserv You don’t want immigration reform? Biden reversed Trump policies deemed inhumane, legally dubious, or not justified with end of Covid. Border surges stem from crises, not just policy changes. Until Congress acts, presidents will keep patching a weak system with questionable EOs.

@TheSadvocate @BigEasyConserv Biden expanded humanitarian parole, but also deported more people than Trump. The real issue? Congress has failed to fix our broken immigration system for decades, forcing presidents to patch gaps with executive actions. We need real reform, not political blame games.

@BigEasyConserv @TheSadvocate You notably don’t dispute a single fact that contradicts the assertion of Trump’s 100% support of legal immigration. To address your red herring, I have hosted and fed countless Venezuelan migrants. None at the moment though.

@TheSadvocate @BigEasyConserv Trump slashed refugee admissions, slowed work visas, made it harder for skilled workers to stay, tried to end DACA, restricted asylum, aimed to cut family-based visas, and even sought to strip citizenship from naturalized Americans. His support of legal presence is doubtful.

@JayJaymorris3 Your sneering jab at the Pope’s call to protect migrants is an embarrassment—hateful, unserious, and utterly un-Christian. The Vatican has sheltered Jews from Nazis, refugees from war, and the persecuted for centuries. Meanwhile, you mock the vulnerable behind a screen. Shameful.

Actually, plenty of things prohibit Louisiana legal proceedings even if your allegations are assumed true. You can’t bring charges without a referral from a local DA. No state law violated. Federal immunity. Jurisdiction. Who could charge him? With what? Where? #lalege #lagov
🚨I’ve joined my colleagues in requesting information on Dr. Fauci’s role in the COVID-19 response. His shocking pardon by @JoeBiden does not prohibit any state-level investigation or legal proceedings. Louisiana will follow the evidence.
