When paginating SQL queries, the optimal page size for max throughput is probably much higher than you'd expect. We only saw diminishing returns after hitting 10K rows per query! Don't underestimate how fast modern computers have become. Your DB can handle it 💪

@NFIBTYF There are some public community fair-use gateways like with an open read only database. But yeah if you are using that in production I recommend running your own gateway (especially if you do request that often)
