OMG IT WORKED
i rubbed two rice cakes together so they’ll become thinner and lower in calories at first they were 16 grams (8 each) which is between 30 to 33 calories and i was able to reduce them to 11grams (one 5 and one 6g) which is 19 and 23 calories each.
also the powder/
that was left from rubbing them together i kept so could use it as “rice flour” but not sure if it’s going to work
also i can eat less cheese (any toppings) with my rice cakes now and it wont only taste like plain rice cakes
IM SO HAPPY
how do i lose 4kgs in 3 days then maintain for a month and go crazy again and lose another 5kgs in a week then maintain for a month and lose 5kgs in a week till my ugw then maintain

i ate between 500~1000 most of the days but binged like once or twice a week😭 also i fasted as much as i could like 20/4 16/8 and worked out for 30 minutes max 3 or 4 times a week
i also purged after every meal (please don’t my stomach is genuinely fucked now) i was also fasting

GUYYYYS i did this again i was able to reduce eat rice cake into 4 grams which is half of an actual rice cake which means two rice cakes for the calories of one🫨

around 9kgs and my intakes weren’t steady but if i didn’t binge it would be somewhere between 300-600 i used to b/p alot during july that made me swell and become puffy like shit but reduced it to almost 0 which helped me alot with the swelling and i was rotting in bed all day

if they weight you with cloth on put stuff into your pockets like metallic things and drink tons of water (i peed my pants last i did this omg it was so embarrassing) someone said soaked pads in bra but its so risky idk
