@legalstyleblog I do impact litigation. And I’m aware of the case law. The DC Cir case didn’t explore all parts of the relevant constitutional questions. Sometimes we have to fix bad case law.

Wow. Just killing hard science research in the South and Midwest. Public flagship universities are so important to knowledge production and state economies. A lot of folks are going to get hurt. Professors and students are just the tip.
