Our study has shown that much work needs to be done to reduce the burden of failure and complications with peripheral vascular access devices. A national Clinical Care standard is required for all vascular access devices to improve care and compliance
The Commission has been approached by @AVASociety to develop a clinical care standard on vascular access insertion & maintenance. Your views are important, please let us know.
