I’ve got an extra hot take to lay on top of this: XL pkmn broke the great league and took a fat chunk of skill out of it. Now ppl are just ABBing something with a fat damage tank in the front. Gbl was sweaty back when haunter was viable.
I ran umbreon double charm for all 5 sets today and gained almost 100 ELO in the 3000 range. I didn’t count moves, I didn’t think about team comps, I just tapped my phone. Charm still feels way too broken in PvP. I understand why people enjoy playing fast move beat down teams 1/2

Update time! I've tweaked the sim mechanics to match changes in the latest game version. This removes overtapping from the sims, and Fast Moves now apply before switches in training battles. The ranking changes from this are pretty small but here are a few notes.
