Day-one gang. 🫡 @ZenoNFTs has been with us when Surgence was just an idea, and now he’s leading as Head of Community at Surgence Labs. Crazy to see the growth, but not surprising. . . dude’s been locked in from the jump. Finally got to link up in Bali earlier this year, and it just hit different. Can’t wait to meet more of the team IRL later this year. Surgence grows because the people behind it do.

In the beginning, we were laying down train tracks at full speed, barely a step ahead of the engine. Every new client, every hire, every system was a mad dash to keep from derailing. No playbook. No room for error. Just speed, and a refusal to slow down. That works. . . until it doesn’t. Scaling isn’t just doing more. It’s doing it smarter. So we stopped patching and started engineering. We brought in builders who could see ten steps ahead, not just react to the one in front of them. We built systems that didn’t just function but compounded. We stopped being a team of fire-fighters and became architects: designing for scale instead of just handling today’s workload. And just like that, growth isn’t a scramble anymore. It’s the default. And to think. . . we started by laying down train tracks at full speed. Now, we’re the ones laying the blueprint for the whole damn railway. SURGENCE UP.
