A couple other thoughts. Accountability helps a ton. I use an online trainer who is awesome and it is helpful to know he’ll call me on it if I’m slacking. Second thing is having regular goals/events to prep for. I have a big swim this summer right now and I know if I’m not adequately prepared I’ll regret it.
