I don't need more garbage "calendaring" apps from @apple. What I need from them are apps, and "intelligence" that works. And @AppleNews is not infested with adverts that look like some VD.

@garyreid Sadly, still not working. It's 100% a software issue. It was ok yesterday after reset, just adding my iCloud account (no backup). I'm reinstalling apps one by one to find which causes the issue. Top quality software. Well done, Apple. 🤣

If I'm backing up, locally, a 250Gb iPhone... and I inadvertently close a few Finder windows, including the one where the backup is taking place... *MAYBE* ask me confirmation if I want to interrupt a >1hour operation? 1.5 hours wasted.
