@HODLEire @2ndbtc If you can't afford to touch the chain you can't exit the Ark or close a channel. Both Lightning and Ark are disqualified. However, users might unilaterally exit into another Ark. This idea hasn't been well explored. I'm not sure if it is possible, but it might be with cvnants

Ter context: mouwvegen deden ze ook al onder Obama. Niets nieuw en perfect logisch: je gaat geen miljarden op het spel zetten (en aandeelhouders ongelukkig maken) voor wat principes. De vraag is hoe zich dat vertaalt naar hun platformen.
