@UberEats if I start placing an order, then update my address (if I didn't realize before), then continue placing it, checkout will still have the wrong address. For the longest time I didn't know why I keep messing this up, but now I do. How has this been a problem for so long?

@RyanEls4 Neither of these can disambiguate the situation where you have two adjacent acronyms. This may not be very important, but it's a fact none the less.

@FedExCanada I was able to eventually get the information needed after talking to a human. The AI put up a good fight but I eventually got through. Btw, email tracking updates don't specify what package the update is for, making them effectively useless when you're waiting on two packages. 🙃
