Difficulty to recruit patients also hinders RCT. People don't know why nighttime is needed. I just appear on TV to explain this. bless my RCTs recruitment

Our study suggests that taking anti-hypertension medications in the evening may be a potential treatment for nighttime high blood pressure, but more high-quality research is still needed to confirm this finding. @JHypertension
