I know it sounds weird, but eventually it worked. Hope it will work for you too, but most important hope they will fix this for everyone. 😊🤘🔥

Happened to me too, basically everytime. Their tech support bot Otto doesn't work. Found a workaround and managed to open the ticket. Just go in your cookies, near the search bar and remove the "Zendesk" cookie, and there you go, their Otto bot works again and you can open a ticket. It's pretty difficult for us artists on SC to have continuously bugs. Wish you the best. 🤘🔥🎶

Completely agree with mr. Eliah Seton, about thinking of a world as having no borders, and I do think music is an universal art indeed. But is also important, to make a platform site (like SoundCloud) to work towards the hard working artists, who puts literally their whole self, into the art of music and more, to express their feelings, to share their story, to simply contribute with their art to the music industry and the world with no boundaries.
