@FaruqOlaifa1 Well said. The mind can be tricky. I would add that things are never as good or as bad as you think and you just keep rolling on.

@RobertGreene I really like this thought, very true to have a plan and helps with avoiding crisis. I just wanted to ask if you think following your heart sometimes might lead to something good or fulfilling over time? A space where logic might not necessarily help?

@davidlovejoyx Yeah, do you mean working on your mind/reflection on your own or working on being in relationship?

Assumptions only add to the weight of your suffering. It can be easier to seek self-fulfilling prophesies that validate your negative thoughts and beliefs. The real challenge is to question things and entertain the possibility you might be wrong—whilst the universe kindly whispers ‘Told you so.’

@buridansridge What a great thought. Do you think people are abandoning each other in search of authenticity to eventually find someone better? Maybe the illusion of access is blurring expectations of a relationship a little bit?

@adel_psychology Thank you for sharing so deeply and honestly. Everyone is allowed to have a view and I think each scenario needs context. But conversations like this will inevitably lead to something good. It is a spicy subject!

@Lightof_Ikara Wow thanks for sharing. I love my meditation but have never explored karmic cycles/re incarnation.

@IamProHuman My experience is that most people don’t have a non judgemental space to be wild at heart. Whether it be a job, stale relationships or pressure to be an adult. I don’t think there is the perfect adult. We are all growing up, all of the time.

@FU_joehudson Very loving but I suppose you have to be receptive to it by opening up love towards yourself.

@SilverTopBoost So true. Hard to learn everything from books. I can relate to this with relationships. Being single for so long. Learning to trust again and wade through the cracks with someone.
