That interest is great! It should come w/ training in research methods. That takes time, and should not be rushed. It potentially (and has) muddied the scientific literature due to poor methods and design. Addl, changes to clin practice should not be made based on ONE obs study.

Stop trying to use your ONE observational study to change clinical practice. That’s not evidence-based medicine. EBM is supported my MANY studies that lead to the same conclusion.
