Had a good catch up with @danawhite I was so stoked he loved the bracelet I made for him and the Oahu Golf Apparel shirts. Dana never gave up on MMA and that’s why it’s as big as it is today and as big and busy as he gotten, he’s still the same Dana I knew over 20 years ago.

@danhardymma No. Dana needs to take control. It started with Connor getting away with throwing the dolly that hurt people with basically no penalty from the UFC. Martial arts needs to be brought back to honor and respect, leave the tpersonal insults and trash talking in the pro wrestling ring.

10 years ago I did the Shikoku Pilgrimage for the first time. I did the 88 temples covering 1200 kilometers and also the extra 20 sacred Bangai temples which added another 300 kilometers. For a total of 1500 kilometers (+930 miles). #shikokupilgrimage #pilgrimage #お遍路
