Pelinka is not the problem when it comes to roster building. We all LOVED this roster 8 months ago.
The only two bad moves he’s made imo are picking THT over Caruso and the Westbrook trade, but I’ll never be mad about the Westbrook trade because at least it was a big swing

I think the only thing that has truly disappointed me this season is that the Lakers have not developed a single one of their young players. Christie, JHS, Lewis, Castleton… none of them have had a single moment of promise this year
